1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the start time may not be refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: refund at our discretion, in cases of emergency.
- No-shows: not eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session at no cost up to 24 hours before the start time. Use the dashboard or reach out via the contact page.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Free Resources
Prayer requests, devotional content, and community resources are always offered free of charge. Refund terms only apply to paid sessions.
